You are allowed to anticipate happiness, delight and joy.  These are part of Spirit and are real.  Anticipate and reap the harvest!

You are valued, protected, loved and guided.  Ask to know and feel this truth.  It’s hidden behind the mist of fear, anger or hurt.  Open up.

Nothing real is lost in this Universe of Intelligence, but comes ’round again, in a refined state.   You can be sure of this.

It’s an ancient truth, renewed today, that a merry heart doeth good, like a medicine.  Find joy and laughter in your beautiful self.  You were born for this.

You have bravely moved forward with your life and have arrived “here” for a good reason.  You are important and appreciated.  Celebrate your achievement.

Change your expectations of what you “will see.”  Notice the presence of the Divine in Nature, in your good Self, in the Universe.  Seeking, you will find.

Are there two worlds?  The world of the “material” and the world of spirit?  Today’s physical scientists have discovered that the forms “seen” are not “there” at all, but are energy forms.  Consider this:  who are you?

Contemplating the Kingdom Within, there is pure energy, ever-present eternally.  Form good ideas, love the God in you, seek without ceasing, pray without ceasing.

Life, oxygen, light, love – a constant streaming good.  What you make of this is your individual choice.  This, however, is a never-ceasing wonder for you to celebrate.
