Strive to get the feeling of the desired idea.  How does it feel to already possess what you desire, whether sobriety, comfort, generous abundance, a heart full of love …?  All good is true now.

The peace we crave is found in the Kingdom Within, individually.  Let your radiance be flowing with peace, harmony and good will for the Universal family.  Love IS.

The Divine never leaves you; it IS you.  Align with this wonder of your Nature.  You are precious.

Tune in to the vibration of the Divine.  This is accessed through Soul appreciation.  Activate your gratitude.

Outline your daily experience as one of convenience and pleasure.  What do you expect?  Consider enthusiasm.  Open up.

Where is your attention?  The present is the relevant moment, past and future are dreams.  Awake to the now.

You are a most precious shining Light.  You came from the Light and you ARE the Light.  Celebrate this Truth – because it IS true.

Look beyond the delusions of anger, fear and despair.  The Light is truly shining in the darkness.  Allow yourself to walk out of the dark into the Light.  You are pure love.
