Start a mental or written list of “thank yous” and review and add to it each day.   Watch results.  You are an amazing thinker with great heart energy.

The God-energy, good-energy, is an ever present flow.  Connect with this wonder of your being through spiritual sense.  The Consciousness that you ARE, merely needs to acknowledge its presence.   Love this primal Good.

Can you allow yourself to sense the presence of Love and Harmony, right here and right now?  You were born as a particle of the pure God energy, and this is the truth.

Allow yourself to find praise in all things.  Be consistently appreciative.  You are loved.

You are far more radiant than you yet realize.  You broadcast your self theme.  You can be an angel, a messenger of good.  Choose Life!

We have all “survived” past beliefs.  Don’t you see that you are important and essential in this great Universe of Love?  Open up.

You often look beyond appearances.  The things that matter are invisible to perception.  Seek within Spirit.  There lies your energy of health, wealth and happiness.

Insist on appreciation in your awareness.  There is order and goodness all around.  Seek the true love and you will find it.

“The Word is God …”  Can you at least “say” the words of life, truth and love.  Stay with the words of truth.  This is the key to joy and progress.  You are loved.

Finding appreciation is finding beauty, pleasure and goodness.  Return to Eden.  This is our true home.
