Outline your daily experience as one of convenience and pleasure.  What do you expect?  Consider enthusiasm.  Open up.

Where is your attention?  The present is the relevant moment, past and future are dreams.  Awake to the now.

You are a most precious shining Light.  You came from the Light and you ARE the Light.  Celebrate this Truth – because it IS true.

Look beyond the delusions of anger, fear and despair.  The Light is truly shining in the darkness.  Allow yourself to walk out of the dark into the Light.  You are pure love.

No one and nothing is lost in Mind.  All is re-expressed at will.  That which is real, never leaves but returns in refined form.  We are complete and whole – holy Beings.

Live in the Light of the Divine through recognition of its presence in your mentality.  You are rich with intention, desire – and have the means to fulfill all.  This is inherent power and is exercised through Love.

Return to the Divine Energy which unfolded you as more of ITSELF.  Your nature is Divine and your substance is Truth.  Eternal.
