The simple acorn carries the potential of unlimited oak forests.  Your potential is vastly greater.  You are magnificent.

Change is part of Nature.  Embrace this with enthusiasm.  Constant youth, vigor, delight are a few of the results.

If you could see your magnificence, you would marvel.  Look beyond the surface.  Your amazing courage and honesty will guide you.

You have permission to allow more quality, more quantity, more love, more appreciation into your thinking — thus into your life.

How much of you is limited?  Surely not the Spirit you are.  And your body is merely the phenomenon of you.  Where is the limit?

Upon deeper examination, you will see that you are Spirit — just as your “Father in Heaven” is Spirit.  Only Spirit is life.  You clearly are living.

Life is much simpler than previously thought.  The complications lie in fearful imaginings and unnecessary anxiety.  Peace, be still.

Life is not random, though it appears to be.  The shallow thinker won’t see the great spiritual animus behind every object.  The Universe operates in law and order.  You, too.

Are you not a precious entity, born of the Life Source that unfolded you?  Your life journey is an ultimate triumph.  But not before the “valley of the shadow” is traversed.  Press on.  You have help.
