To look at former interpretations (the past) with negative feeling is folly.  You are interpreting from an entirely new perspective today.  Forgive and forget those memories of false sense.  They are stagnant and useless to you &#8211; and simply said, weigh you down with nonsense.  All false will eventually fade away.
